Citizens have often voiced their grievances through various forms of activism, but the urgency of these concerns has intensified in recent years due to rising inflation, soaring unemployment rates, and insecurity, including kidnappings and violent clashes.
The #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria campaign gained traction on August 1, 2024, drawing inspiration from the anti-government protests in Kenya which shook the East African nation.
Nigerians have poured to the streets to express their discontent with the government’s failure to provide basic services and ensure a decent quality of life.
Many turned to social media to share their experiences and rally support for the movement, bringing attention to pressing issues.
On Friday August 3, one protester became an instant internet sensation after he stripped naked while marching in the street.
The protester carried his clothes on his hand and marched naked while swinging his dick.
Other protesters gave him room as he expressed his rage against the government while naked.
“Solidarity forever, we shall always fight for our right,” the nude protesters and other sang as they marched.
