Nearly all Asian countries have a god and a goddess of fertility.
However, some countries like Japan and Bhutan have festivals particularly devoted to the penis.
Every year on the first Sunday of April in Japan, the old and young take to the streets to witness enormous wooden penis carried through the streets, to eat penis-shaped sweets, and to make a penis-spirited wish to god.
The “penis festival”, or Honen-sai Matsuri, is carried out to bring fertility and a good harvest to the people.
